  • The restaurant is closed or unable to fulfill the order

Humanity has sadly made fake orders a real policy section. Impressive, in the worst way.

All prices are shown on the website in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The final price shown at checkout is the price you agree to pay.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Other payment methods shown at checkout

For Cash on Delivery orders, please prepare the correct amount when the driver arrives.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within selected areas of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Delivery conditions:

  • Orders under €12 may have a €2 delivery fee
  • Orders over €12 may qualify for free delivery
  • Estimated delivery time is usually 30–60 minutes
  • Delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, order volume, and customer location

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, unreachable phone numbers, traffic, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shopify local delivery can be configured based on location, distance, or postal code, so the delivery option shown at checkout depends on your address and the store’s delivery settings.

6. Pickup Orders

If pickup is available, customers may collect their orders from:

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may update, replace, or remove menu items at any time. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer a replacement or cancel that item/order.

Product images are for presentation purposes. Actual food may vary slightly in appearance, size, packaging, and presentation. Tragic, but the pizza does not always pose like it’s in a magazine.

8. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible.

However, once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it due to availability, delivery restrictions, incorrect customer information, or operational issues.

9. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are freshly prepared food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery or pickup.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a missing item, wrong item, or quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

Under EU consumer rules, consumers normally have a right of withdrawal for many distance purchases, but there are exceptions, including certain goods that are perishable or not suitable for return.
